Coverage takes effect once the manufacturer’s limited warranty has expired. There is a 30-day wait period before claims can be submitted.
How long does HexCare extend my coverage?
The keyboard's warranty is extended by 1 year. Items bought together with HexCare will receive a total of 2 years warranty.
Once I purchase a HexCare protection plan, do I need to do anything else?
You’re all set at the time of purchase! The HexCare Protection Plan terms and conditions will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been confirmed.
