Shipping and Delivery Information

All estimates are based on business days. This excludes public holidays from the shipment's destination country, such as during Chinese New Year. if your item(s) is being shipped from our China warehouse.

  1. The "Delivers In" timeframe indicates when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.
  2. For back-ordered or pre-ordered items, we will provide an estimated shipping date before you place your order. If you choose to pay by credit card, the charge will be applied up-front.
  3. If you order multiple items with different shipping dates, you may receive separate shipments.
  4. Depending on shipping and delivery conditions, your order may be held until all items are ready for shipment.
  5. Unexpected service delays (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events) may extend your estimated delivery date by at least 2 to 3 business days. You will be notified of any delays in such instances.
  6. Selecting a higher quantity of an item may delay immediate shipping if the item is not available in sufficient quantity locally or at the same location.

Shipping Destinations

Hexgears ships to over 50 countries. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders, P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) addresses.

We ship the keyboards internationally except for the destinations listed below:

Is VAT or Import Tax Included?

Due to varying customs policies in different countries, we cannot control the taxes imposed. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes. If you have further questions about VAT or import taxes, please feel free to email us at service@hexgears.com.

Remote Area Shipping Cost

The shipping cost does not include extra fees defined as remote area shipping fees on DHL’s website. Please check here if your location is considered remote:

Free Shipping Eligibility

By default, free shipping is offered on orders with a cart value above US $89, fulfilled and shipped by Hexgears.com (excluding bulk orders, gift redemptions, and oversized items). This minimum spend may be reduced during promotional periods for greater eligibility. The offer only covers shipping fees and does not include customs or handling fees where applicable. The offer is subject to change; please check our sales events for updates.

Undelivered Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued. To repurchase items that were undeliverable, you will need to place a new order. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order. If you are purchasing a gift for someone else, it is recommended to notify them about the impending delivery to minimize confusion that might lead to a refusal of the package.

Track Your Order

We will provide you with the tracking website's URL and tracking number. After you place an order, we will email you the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped, or is ready for shipment. You will receive email notifications when the shipping status changes. You can visit the tracking website's order status page 24/7 to view the most up-to-date status of your order. If your shipping status does not change for an extended period of time, please contact us at support@hexgears.com.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders for In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for immediate shipment after payment processing has finalized.

To Request a Cancellation:

  1. If your order has been submitted, you will need to contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, contact Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
