How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.If you encounter customs clearance issues or other unexpected situations, the delivery time will be uncertain.

How do I return a product?
The Hexgears online store provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. If applicable, the refund will cover the purchase price and the original shipping and handling charges.
Product returns are strictly governed by the product's warranty terms. We do not accept random returns unless there is an unresolved quality issue. If you return products without authorization, no refund will be issued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
