Warranty Policy

Hexgears offers direct after-sales service to consumers, taking the worry out of purchasing a Hexgears product. In accordance with international sales quality assurance regulations, in the special case of a product under warranty - i.e. where the warranty period has expired according to the serial number of the product, but the actual date of purchase proves that the warranty period is still in force - we will still provide after-sales service as long as you are able to provide us with a valid proof of purchase.

Operational procedures for handling returned parts:
